Ranchos Estates is a gated coastal community of more than twenty individually-owned private villas, on the eastern side of the Punta Mita peninsula in Riviera Nayarit, México. They share a single discreet stretch of Pacific beach.
The community sits on a quiet curve of coastline that's a 45-minute drive north of Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR). Inside the gates, the streets are private, the staff is full-time year-round, and the rhythm is unhurried. There's no resort, no front desk, no shared amenities to share with strangers — every villa has its own pool, its own beach access, its own staff.
This site features the ten Ranchos Estates villas you can rent through Villa Experience — the Puerto Vallarta-based luxury villa concierge team that has been hosting Punta Mita travelers since 2006. From the first inquiry to your last sunset on Rancho beach, every detail flows through your reservation specialist: chef menus, butler service, beach toys for the kids, sunset cruises in the bay, tee times at Pacifico and Bahía, sportfishing charters, in-villa massages. The same service standard — chef-driven meals, butler service, daily housekeeping, hands-on concierge planning — applies to each villa. Villa Experience is a small, family-operated team. When you book a Ranchos Estates villa, you'll deal with the same handful of people from first inquiry through final goodbye.
Rocio handles reservations from our Puerto Vallarta office — most guests speak with her by phone or WhatsApp before arrival. Each villa has its own dedicated house manager who lives the rhythm of the home with you, and a private chef who runs the kitchen.
At Casa Escondida, the house manager is Antonio — an experienced career hospitality professional who has run many of the most respected villas on Mexico's Pacific coast. His wife is the villa's chef: dedicated, technical, and committed to the same standard of excellence. Together they're the everyday face of Casa Escondida.
