Casa Happy Paws is a seven-bedroom oceanfront estate inside the gated Ranchos Estates enclave on the quiet eastern shore of Punta Mita — a main residence and a separate guesthouse threaded together by tropical gardens. Designed for groups of up to eighteen, it trades the conventional villa floorplan for a sequence of open-air pavilions that keep the Pacific in view from nearly every room.

At its center stands a soaring thatched palapa: an open-air social hub with a full bar and deep lounge seating that serves as the gravitational core of the house. The main living sanctuary opens through retractable glass walls onto an oceanfront lawn and direct beach access, dissolving the line between interior and shoreline until the distinction stops mattering.

Water is the estate's recurring motif. A panoramic infinity pool with a sun shelf and built-in jacuzzi anchors the main deck, while a dedicated twenty-meter lap pool answers to more disciplined mornings and the principal suite keeps its own private plunge. Above it all, the Sky Terrace crowns the residence with a stone fire pit and an uninterrupted sweep of the bay — the property's most coveted perch as the light goes long.

Indoors, the estate is built for long, unhurried stays: a private cinema seats eight in tiered comfort before a 170-inch screen, and a two-lane bowling alley shares its wing with a games room, full bar, pool and poker tables. A dedicated wellness cabin offers sauna, steam, and hot- and cold-plunge pools, with a climate-controlled fitness studio alongside. Like every villa at Ranchos Estates, Casa Happy Paws is fully staffed — private kitchen team, daily housekeeping, a resident house manager, and a concierge who arranges everything from provisioning to airport transfers.
