Estate Afrique sits directly on Rancho beach inside the gated Ranchos Estates community of Punta Mita, on the Nayarit coast. The two-level villa holds five bedrooms and six bathrooms and sleeps ten, with a private chef, butler, daily housekeeping and concierge in residence through the stay.
The architecture is spare and horizontal: a muted palette, stone floors, smooth plaster walls and full-height sliding panels that pull back so the living pavilion, kitchen and dining room read as one space and open straight onto the pool deck. A palm-planted courtyard, slatted-wood pergolas and rooftop terraces filter the light through the day and frame the Pacific.
The plan separates into distinct living and quiet zones. Shaded lounge pavilions, a rooftop terrace and a wet bar handle larger gatherings, while smaller corners and the garden suites stay private. The kitchen runs on a long stone island with a direct sightline through the open wall to the pool and the water, set up for casual breakfasts, chef-cooked dinners and drinks that move outside.
The grounds extend the house onto the sand: an infinity pool with an in-water sun deck, a beachfront lawn under a broad shade tree, a putting green and direct beach access. High-speed Wi-Fi, a Sonos sound system and Apple TV reach the main rooms. The infinity pool is not heated. Estate Afrique is staffed and booked through Villa Experience.
