About Estate Jaguar

Estate Jaguar sits directly on the sand inside the gated Ranchos Estates community of Punta Mita, on the Nayarit coast. The villa holds six bedrooms and seven bathrooms and sleeps twelve, with a private chef, butler, daily housekeeping and concierge in residence through the stay.

The plan breaks the house into separate sub-structures, so each bedroom wing stays private while a central pavilion brings the group together. The kitchen, dining room and living area run as one space and open onto the pool deck, set up for relaxed breakfasts, chef-cooked dinners and drinks that carry outside. The architecture favors clean lines and a restrained palette, with full-height doors that pull back to the garden and the ocean.

The primary suite occupies its own two-story structure, with a walk-in closet, a full bathroom with a soaking tub, a sitting area and a study. The remaining bedrooms are sized and finished to the same standard, several with ocean views and private terraces, each with a walk-in closet, an ensuite (private bath) bathroom, a refrigerator and an in-room safe.

The grounds carry the house onto the beach: an infinity pool along a beachfront lawn, shaded lounge and dining pavilions, a BBQ, a media room and a palm-planted courtyard. The infinity pool is not heated. Golf access at Punta Mita is available on request. High-speed Wi-Fi reaches the main rooms, and air conditioning runs in every bedroom.
